We worked with a group of leading clinical oncologists to develop a comprehensive program on screening for colon, breast, prostate, and cervical cancer. The message is aimed at general practitioners and their patients.

This project is one of our largest undertakings so far. The colon cancer module alone features over 30 minutes of animation in a dual-audience, multi-media, multi-language educational program with a total runtime of over 3 hours. The final module is now being used by the UK's National Health Service and has been distributed to over 10,000 physicians.

A key animated segment in this module shows the development of a polyp in the colon. Growth may take years in real life, but we condense it into 30 seconds using time-lapse style animation. We painstakingly matched our visuals to video images taken by a colonoscopy camera. The resulting animation was realistic enough to seamlessly complement actual video footage we shot for the program.
